All of our moving services are billed by the hour. Our time will start when we leave our warehouse in Redmond. Our warehouse is just north of 85th street and Willows Road. Our time will stop when we return to our warehouse at the end of your move. We bill all time in 15 minute increments.
All of these services are priced according to the number of movers. Each additional mover adds another $40 dollars per hour to the overall charge.
We will also provide all equipment necessary such as dollies, moving pads, as well as a tool kit so we can assemble / disassemble furniture as needed. If we do need to take something apart, we will most definitely put it back together on the other side.
We also will come with all the necessary protection for not only your future but as well as your home. We will come with all the floor protection for carpet and hardwoods. We will also protection your door ways by the use of doorway pads and all so keep your stair ways and banisters safe by warping them with pads.
Our flexibility makes us a good choice when you are ready to move your business down the street, across the state, or upstairs! No matter how small or how large your business is, we can accommodate you with the equipment and manpower needed to do the job. We will work with you to get your equipment in place so that you are back to work as quickly as possible. We have the capabilities to get your equipment moved fast so that you can get back to what matters without the worry of moving items on your own.
Moving Solutions for Home, Dorm or Business
When you have to move, do it on your own terms with the flat rates that make it easy to determine what your final costs will be. You don’t have to pay for any services that you don’t want or need. Just get the number of trucks and labor that you require to get into your new home or office!
Labor-Only Moving Services
In addition to our moving plans, we also offer a labor-only moving service for those who prefer to provide their own transportation. This service makes it convenient for you to get the manpower you need to load and/or unload your belongings or to move items between the upstairs and downstairs of the same facility.
The movers who provide the labor –only moving serving also include basic equipment such as dollies and tools. The basic labor-only service includes two movers and costs $90 per hour. The charges increase by $40 per hour with each additional mover requested.
We also offer a packing service at the same rates as our moving services in addition to the price of packing materials used. We can accommodate for packing the same day of your move or we can split it into two parts. Pack on day one and move on day two. If we do a same day pack and move its on a running clock of the hourly rate due to the combination of packing and moving going on at the same time. If we do a pack then a move, the packing day is a rate of $90 for two packers and $40 every additional packer on the hour (same as our labor only service. Also same travel applies.)
Supplemental Valuation Coverages:
On The Go Moving and Storage can provide you with three types of supplemental valuation insurance for your move:
Basic Value Protection: Free of charge, compensation is .60 per pound for a damaged item.
Replacement Cost Coverage with $300 Deductible: The cost of this insurance is $1.15 per $100.00 of value for the entire shipment.
Replacement Value Protection: The cost of this insurance is $1.40 per $100.00 of value for the entire shipment.
